This paper present a system for intelligent video object-of-interest selection based on visual attention model. We view this work as a first step for the problem of object tracking in the context of interactive television. The four type of visual attention features we use are color entropy, contrast, motion, and position. Most of these features are computed and combined during the object determination process for a rapid selection system. We conduct experiment on several kinds of videos data to prove the effectiveness of this system.
