ADMISSION DOCUMENTS
For an admission application to be complete, the following documents must be submitted digitally on the admission portal:
- CV / Resume
- Statement of Purpose / Letter of Motivation
- Valid Passport / National ID Card
- Official Transcript of Records (Undergraduate level)*
- Official Transcript of Records (Graduate level) (if applicable)*
- Official Degree(s) / Diploma(s)*
- English Language Proficiency Test / Certificate (see English Proficiency section)
- French Language Proficiency Test / Certificate (if applicable - depending on the academic program to pursue - see French Proficiency section)*
- Recent Digital Passport Style Picture
- 3 Letters of Recommendation (from industry or/and academic)*
All the documents listed above must be submitted in English.
* these documents can be submitted in French
This list of documents applies to all of our programs unless otherwise mentioned.
Note:
Official degree(s) / Diploma(s): If you are currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated, and you do not yet have your official diploma, please upload a current institution certificate indicating the expected completion/graduation date.
Recommendation Letters: To be valid, the document should be:
- Dated (recent - within past 6 months)
- On official letterhead
- In English (French also accepted)
Document must be uploaded by the applicant at the time of application.
ADDITIONAL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
You have other trainings, certifications that you would like to submit for your application, you can do so. You will just need to submit them under Miscellaneous in the admission portal.
Just make sure they are in English.
