Baris was born in Antalya, Turkey. He achieved his BSc degree in 2006, from the Department of Computer Engineering, Cankaya University, Ankara, and his MS degree in 2010, from the Department of International Relations, Middle East Technical University, Ankara.
Since August, 2011 he is a member of the Mobile Communications Department of EURECOM.
Experience
He had been working in TUBITAK (The Scientific and Technical Research Council of Turkey) between the years 2005-2011, on HF communication protocols design and development.
