  • Fatma Gouiaa is currently a Ph.D. student at the Communication System Department at EURECOM - Sophia Antipolis, under the supervision of Professor Arun Padakandla, focusing on quantum information research.
  • In February 2024, Fatma, along with co-authors Kelly L. Vomo‐Donfack, Alexy Tran‐Dinh, and Ian Morilla, published a paper in Elsevier titled "Novel Dimensionality Reduction Method, Taelcore, Enhances Lung Transplantation Risk Prediction" as part of her internship work with Professor Ian Morilla.
  • In 2022, Fatma obtained her MSc's Degree in Applied Mathematics from the Faculty of Sciences of Tunisia (FST-Tunisia). Her master's thesis, titled "The Combination of Topological Data Analysis and Machine Learning Algorithms," was conducted at the Laboratory of Analysis, Geometry, and Applications (LAGA) of the University of Sorbonne Paris North.
  • In 2021, she was awarded an Erasmus+ scholarship to study her second year of the master's degree in applied mathematics at the University of Sorbonne Paris North as an exchange student.
